Key Benefits E & M Machine currently operates two shifts 18 hours a day, five days a week as well as necessary overtime to provide our customers with three main objectives--Speed, Quality, & Reliability of Product,
with quality as the main objective. With the addition of two new Doosan Puma SY2600II CNC Lathe work cells , and a 2020 Brown & Sharpe 4.5.4 CMM, our capabilities have increased for volume & prototype part production. We will make it right the first time with a "100% satisfaction guarantee" attitude. |
CapabilitiesWe have the capability to receive our customer's part files electronically in CAD format or convert your drafting prints to electronic files.
We use state-of-the art design and programming software to assist in the accuracy our customer's require. Our state-of -the-art equipment enables us to machine the most complex parts. With our High Speed Makino Machining Centers, Doosan Puma SY2600II Lathes, and our Mori Seiki 4 axis Lathes with Live rotary tooling, no parts are too difficult for E & M Machine, Inc. From quotation to production, our customers will be provided with up to date progress reports to ensure their project is delivered on time and defect-free. |
Outside VendorsWe have a variety of qualified vendors for finishing your parts, including heat treatment, zinc plating, anodize, passivation, painting, NDT testing and wire edm machining.
If our customers part has a spec, we have vendors to complete the job. |
